The product warranty period is 90 days for Smart Rope and 2 years for Lighting Products.
For any issues arising from product defects under normal usage conditions, you may exchange or return the product, or have it repaired free of charge. For any issues under normal usage conditions arising past the warranty period, all repairs and maintenance are provided for a fee.

Returns : You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds : Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you regarding the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping : You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The lamp is absolutely amazing, works like a charm, it is itself very charming and oh so functional, and it’s impossible not to fall in love with it every morning when I step into my home office to work.
It fits nicely with my minimal Zen desk setup and is a real masterpiece of design that will last a very long time and undoubtedly become a coveted vintage item.
The whole purchase and shipping process was easy and without hiccups. Tangram support was responsive and very accommodating.
But beware the customs charges in your country, which will slap you when you least expect it as an unplanned cost. In my case, it was 25% more than I paid for the lamp. No fault to Tangram whatsoever, but you should be aware of this and perhaps forecast potential extra charges depending on the destination during checkout.

After wondering why it was over $400, but trying it anyway because it looked cool, I can say it looks cool and the lighting is great! So many options for light color and brightness. I use it as a task lamp over dual screens.
Can’t speak to longevity yet and wish the base had a little more heft (my cat likes to rub on things. Nothing bad has happened yet, but more weight would be comforting), but overall very happy I bought it.

I really like the device but wish it was a bit more sturdy. I’m onto my 4th one because the turning device in the battery side keeps breaking and won’t keep count anymore. But really like the app and the feel to it. To make it better I would maybe add the possibilities of straps around the hands so when you stop jumping it does have to hit the ground. Otherwise good product!
